How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Lumora → Cancel Subscription.

How do I delete my account?

Profile tab → Delete Account. All your data is removed within 30 days.

My story isn’t playing

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Force-quit and reopen Lumora
  3. If the problem persists, email us with a screenshot

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Paywall → “Restore Purchases” at the bottom.
